Every Sunday at our house is Pizza Sunday.
That’s not a ufo! It’s pizza dough!
My pizza, with pesto, green zebra tomatoes, jalapenos and cheese. Yumm. That’s Dave’s pesto and pepperoni pizza in the background.
Gary had, well I’m not sure, but it looks like the leftover pesto, pepperoni, green and red tomatoes and jalapenos.
Some details:
I use 1/2 whole wheat and 1/2 white flout in the crust. Gary makes the pesto with basil from the garden. The tomatoes are home grown and the mozzarella cheese is organic. The jalapenos were home grown by friends and canned by Gary. We cook the pizzas for 6 minutes at 550F on a stone in a convection oven.
