Still my favorite New Orleans restaurant
Mary and I at NOLA. We ate here for the first time 15 years ago and it’s still my favorite in New Orleans. Except for a few items, the menu is different every time. And no, I’ve never seen Emeril there.

Name that tree
I saw this tree blooming on March 15 and can’t manage to identify it. If you know what it is, please fill me in! Update: Thanks to Karen and Carol for identifying the tree for me. It’s a red maple.

My first sourdough

Daily Bread
